II. Basic Requirements

III. Job Responsibilities and Requirements
i. Job responsibilities
1. Within the policy framework formulated by the Board of Directors, be responsible for day-to-day management and business operation of the Company, be responsible to the overall profits and losses of the Company, and realize shareholders’ value through business development and growth;
2. Within the policy framework formulated by the Board of Directors, be responsible for the comprehensive risk management of the Company using effective management mechanisms and make sure that the Company complies with laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and social responsibility and that the Company operates as a going concern;
3. Be responsible for the relationship with customers, suppliers, competitions, commercial institutions, institutional investors, government organs, professional societies and other major stakeholders and actively enhance the influence of the Company and its products and services; and
4. Attend the meetings of the Board of Directors and its special committees and actively implement the strategic objectives set by the Board of Directors and other assignments.
ii. Job requirements
1. At least 15 years of work experience in finance and at least 10 years of work experience in the insurance industry, at least 5 years in a management position in a financial institution such as banks and insurance companies, and familiarity with the business structure and operating procedures of insurance companies;
2. A bachelor’s degree or above. Professional qualifications recognized by financial and insurance industries are preferred;
3. International vision, familiarity with the business environments in the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, keen business acumen, abundant industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills and execution ability;
4. Excellent team leadership, a strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure and rise to challenges;
5. View of overall situation and protecting the Company’s interests and image; and
6. Excellent communication and writing skills in Chinese and English.
