The 13th China International SME Fair International Industrial Cooperation and Investment Match-making Event will be held on the 10th October, the first day of the 13th CISMEF, at pavilion 2, 1st floor, POLY World Trade Center. To provide on-site comprehensive financial services to the China-foreign small and medium sized enterprises that are in need of investment or attracting investment, there will be 100 match-making meeting desks, and around 600 Sino-foreign SMEs are going to be invited to participate in the one-on-one face-to-face communications.
Organized by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Bank of China and People’s Government of Guangdong Province, this event has established an essential platform for enterprises from China, and those from Asia and Africa. As one of the highlights, this event aims to build up a communication bridge for Sino-foreign SMEs, assist Chinese SMEs to explore international markets, serve real economy, and alleviate the problem of “enterprises face difficulties in financing and credit remains too expensive”. In virtue of domestic and overseas institutions and professional employees, Bank of China will make the most of its advantages in internationalization and diversification to work as an essential bridge and ribbon among SMEs from countries like China, India and Cote d'Ivoire, etc., and provide superior financial services.
The innovation of “BOC global SMEs cross-border matchmaking services” promoted by Bank of China has held 23 events covering the five continents, attracted 30,000 people from political and business sectors and over 8,000 enterprises from 56 countries, achieved cooperation agreements in many fields like high-end manufacturing, environmental protection, information technology, medical health, agriculture, food, engineering equipment, chemical, automobiles, etc., among which, trade cooperation takes up 50%, investment collaboration occupies 30%, and technical cooperation accounts for 20%.
This event focus on Intelligent Manufacturing and Equipment, Intelligent Building and Smart Home, Intelligent Textile and Garment, Energy Conservation and Environment Protection, Agricultural and Food Products Processing, Health Care, Information Technology, Tourism Consumption, etc. Bank of China figures out the “six-step” process: establishing a database for Sino-foreign enterprises, customers matching, remote online matchmaking, one-on-one meeting, onsite inspection and all-round banking services.
Step 1: “information sharing”: collect demands of enterprises which attend the 13th CISMEF, and target China- foreign SMEs with international investment cooperation intention.
Step 2: “customers matching”: exchange information and match demands for SMEs according to their needs.
Step 3: “online matchmaking”: help SMEs communicate by Internet, Email and other ways.
Step 4: “one-on-one” meeting: hold one-on-one and face-to-face offline negotiation with multiple sessions, and provide full service for free which includes interpreting, legislation, accounting, investment and policies consulting, etc.
Step 5: “onsite inspection”: visit enterprises to make site inspections and promote achieving the substantial cooperation intentions.
Step 6: “all-round banking services”: follow up SMEs’ demands for “going out” and “coming in” which include financing, investing, consulting, etc. And provide full-lifecycle financial service and products in different phases such as intention, construction, and development, etc.
